01 · DECK PRODUCTION
PRESSED & SHAPED IN-HOUSE.
Veneer layup, hydraulic pressing, CNC shaping and precision truck-hole drilling are done on site — outline, concave, kick and wheelbase follow your drawing, not a fixed mould library.
Decks are pressed, shaped and finished under one roof, and complete boards are assembled from matched components — so a custom program stays consistent from the first sample to the last repeat order.
02 · MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
BUILT TO YOUR SPEC.
Ply count, veneer species, glue system and reinforcement are selected per program — from price-point completes to premium constructions developed with the brand.
03 · GRAPHICS & FINISH
YOUR ARTWORK,APPLIED CLEANLY.
Top and bottom graphics, grip application, edge finish and protective coating are coordinated as one surface system, checked against the approved sample.

Matched, packed, export-ready. — Trucks, wheels, bearings and hardware are matched to the deck spec, assembled, packed to your retail format and cartoned with your marks for export.

BRIEF & QUOTATION
Send a reference board, drawing or even a photo with target dimensions. We review feasibility, flag anything that affects cost, and quote against your actual quantity — small and mixed orders included

DESIGN & DRAWINGS
Deck geometry is drawn up for approval and artwork is prepared for print. No artwork yet? Our design service develops it with you until the files are production-ready.
03
SAMPLING
A physical sample is built to the agreed spec — shape, construction, graphics, components and finish. You ride it, check it, and request adjustments before production is confirmed.
04
PRODUCTION & QC
Production follows the approved sample as the reference standard. In-process and pre-shipment checks cover dimensions, construction, graphics, assembly and pack-out.
05
PACKING & EXPORT
Boards are packed to your retail or bulk format with your carton marks. Export documents are prepared with the shipment — carton data, packing lists and photos on request.
