01
GETTING STARTED
What we make, who we build for, and how a program begins.
3 QUESTIONS
What products do you manufacture?
Complete skateboards, longboards, surf skates, skimboards and balance boards, plus decks and components — trucks, wheels, bearings and hardware. Everything is built to order under your brand; there is no stock catalogue you have to fit into.
Who do you typically build for?
Skateboard and board-sports brands, distributors and clubs, and events and promotions buyers. Many of our customers order in smaller, mixed batches — a few models here, a restock there — and the factory is set up for exactly that, rather than for one large single-model run.
How do I start an OEM program?
Send a product brief — a reference board, a drawing, or even a photo with target dimensions. We review feasibility, flag anything that affects cost, and quote against your actual quantity. The RFQ checklist at the bottom of this page lists everything that helps us quote accurately.
02
PRODUCTS & CUSTOMIZATION
Shapes, moulds, graphics and joint development — what can be made yours.
5 QUESTIONS
What exactly can be customized?
Four areas, all specified by you and confirmed on the sample before production:
-
Deck — outline, length & width, concave, kick & wheelbase, ply count, veneer and construction.
-
Components — truck size, finish & geometry; wheel size, hardness & colour; bearings, hardware and grip.
-
Graphics & branding — top and bottom artwork, logo placement, wheel print.
-
Packaging — retail box, hang-tags, inserts, barcodes and carton marks.
Can I build on an existing shape instead of starting from zero?
Yes. We keep more than 100 existing moulds — outlines, concave and kick profiles built up over years of production. Pick a mould that fits your product, put your graphics and spec on it, and you skip tooling time and cost entirely.
Can you develop a completely new shape or mould for us?
Yes — deck geometry is drawn up for your approval and a new mould is cut to it. For selected customers, new mould development is free of charge, so a custom shape doesn't have to start with a tooling bill. Tell us about your program and we'll confirm whether it qualifies.
Can we co-develop a new product or a new process together?
Yes. We develop new products and new construction processes together with customers — and the intellectual property belongs to you. Joint development work is covered by the same NDA protection as your artwork and moulds (see IP & NDA)
We don't have finished artwork. Can you help with design?
Yes. Our design service turns a reference photo, a sketch or an idea into production-ready deck graphics and technical drawings before sampling starts — so "no artwork yet" is not a reason to wait.
03
MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
4 QUESTIONS
Every board we build is a wood construction — so the veneer and the glue are your choice, not ours.

VENEER OPTIONS
Specify per ply, or mix species across the layup.
GLUE SYSTEMS
Chosen per construction — matched to your price point and performance target.
Which wood veneers can I choose from?
Our boards are wood constructions, and the veneer is an option you set: Canadian maple, Russian maple, birch, beech, bamboo and poplar, among others. Veneers can be specified per ply — for example a maple core with a bamboo face — and dyed veneers are available for coloured plies and graphics effects.
Which glue systems are available?
Three glue systems are available across our constructions: US wood glue, epoxy resin and polyurethane. The glue is part of the construction spec — it influences stiffness, weight, durability and cost — and it is confirmed on the sample together with the veneer layup.
How do I choose the right veneer and glue for my product?
Tell us your target market, price point and how the board should ride. We recommend a layup and glue combination against that brief — a price-point build and a premium construction use the material options very differently — and the sample lets you feel the result before production.
Can different products in one order use different materials?
Yes. Materials are specified per product, not per order — one program can combine, say, a bamboo longboard line with maple street decks, each with its own veneer, glue and construction spec.
04
SAMPLES
Free to develop, built to your spec, and the reference standard for production.
3 QUESTIONS
Are samples really free?
Basic samples are developed free of charge against your brief, so you can check the product properly before any production commitment. If your sample involves custom artwork or a new mould, we charge only the cost of that customization. Freight arrangements for sending the sample are confirmed with you when the sample is requested.
What can I check on the sample?
Everything that will be produced: shape and geometry, veneer and glue construction, graphics and colour, components and finish. Ride it, flex it, compare it against your reference — the sample is a production build, not a mock-up.
What if I want changes after seeing the sample?
Request adjustments and we revise before production is confirmed. Once you approve, that sample becomes the reference standard — production and quality checks run against it, not against a generic factory standard.
05
ORDERS & QUANTITIES
Free to develop, built to your spec, and the reference standard for production.
4 QUESTIONS
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no rigid one-size-fits-all MOQ. Small-batch orders are welcome — tell us your target quantity and we quote against it, per model and spec. If a quantity affects price or feasibility, we flag it in the quotation rather than turning the order away.
Can I mix models, sizes or graphics in one order?
Yes — mixed-model orders are a normal way of working here. Split a run across shapes, graphics or sizes instead of committing to one large single-model quantity, and combine product lines in one shipment where it makes sense.
What are the payment terms?
Payment arrangements are flexible and are set around the size and shape of your order. Talk to us about what works for your cash flow instead of expecting a one-size-fits-all demand — terms are confirmed in writing with the quotation.
Can I reorder the same product later?
Yes. Your approved sample and production spec are kept as the reference for the program, so a repeat order is built to the same shape, construction, graphics and pack-out as the run you already approved.
06
QUALITY CONTROL
Checked against your approved sample — in-process and again before shipment.
3 QUESTIONS
What exactly gets checked
Eight checkpoints on every production run:
Deck dimensions & wheelbase
Concave, kick & symmetry
Layup, glue line & delamination
Surface & edge finish
Truck & wheel assembly
Grip application
Graphic position & colour
Pack-out method & labels
What standard are the checks run against?
Your approved sample is the contract. Checks run in-process during production and again before shipment, and every point is compared against that sample — dimensions, construction, graphics, assembly and pack-out.
Can I send my own inspector or a third-party agency?
Yes — third-party inspection is welcomed. Your inspector or agency can attend the pre-shipment check, and we prepare the goods and carton data so the inspection runs against the same checklist we use ourselves.
07
PACKING & SHIPPING
Retail or bulk pack-out, your carton marks, and four trade terms to ship under.
4 QUESTIONS
Which trade terms do you support?
We quote and ship under EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP — choose the level of logistics you want us to carry:
EXW
FOB
CIF
DDP
You collect the goods at our factory and arrange everything from there.
We deliver the goods on board the vessel at the named port; freight and insurance are yours from that point.
We arrange freight and insurance to your destination port; you handle import clearance and local delivery.
We handle shipping and import duties and deliver to your address — the simplest option if you have no importer setup.
What packaging options are available?
Retail box and hang-tag design, shrink wrap and inserts, barcodes and carton marks — or a plain bulk pack-out if your channel doesn't need retail packaging. Packaging is specified per product and confirmed on the sample, like everything else.
What do you provide with the shipment?
Export documents are prepared with the shipment — carton data and packing lists as standard, and packing photos on request, so you can verify how the goods left the factory before they arrive.
I'm not sure which trade term fits my setup. What do most first-time buyers pick?
If you already work with a freight forwarder, FOB keeps everything in your hands. If you don't, DDP removes the import paperwork from your side entirely. Tell us your destination and how you receive goods today, and we'll quote the term that fits — you can also compare two terms side by side in one quotation.
08
IP & NDA
Your designs, your moulds, your intellectual property — protected in writing.
3 QUESTIONS
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign and honour NDAs, and we are happy to sign yours before any drawings, artwork or product plans change hands.
Who owns the IP in a co-developed product?
You do. Products and processes developed together with a customer — including moulds developed for your shape — belong to the customer. Our job is to build them, not to own them.
Could my design end up being sold to another buyer?
No. Customer artwork, moulds and specifications are never shared with or sold to another buyer. A design that arrives under your brand leaves only under your brand.
